The wait is finally over... After being ghost from the scene (at least in terms of recorded material) for a minute now, DMV-based emcee, E.L.P.J. returns with the 13 track mixtape, "Verbal Technique Vol. 1". With this project, he sets out to drop knowledge, show off his lyrical muscles via complex braggadocio raps, touch on themes of artistic integrity and world politics, and reintroduce himself to a new found audience who may not really quite know who he is yet. Though spitting mostly over other artists' instrumentals (sans two flaming tracks from constant collaborator, J Blacco), E makes sure to make every song his own with dope rhymes and impeccable flow! They say you get out of something whatever work you put into it... Well, E's been working hard to make sure this tape really does something... Tell everybody Young Fard is back! And lettem know, that #ELPJisDope.. it's #AswadSeason..
